From land to lease we offer our clients a seamless property investing experience.

3. Implementation

4.Taking Action

We’ll then secure the investment property and start the purchasing process.

5. Finance Application

This is the actual purchase process. We’ll collect and collate all of the documents required to move forward and guide you through the approval process and valuations.

6. Settlement Process

This is when you take actual ownership of a property.  This may be land only - or a fully completed / existing property.  The team at Property Acquire - including our preferred legal team will keep you, and all interested parties, informed of exactly what is happening. 

7. Property Manager

By this stage, you’ve already met your property manager. We ensure this relationship is formed early, not left until handover. Behind the scenes, tenant sourcing is already underway, ensuring a smooth transition into the rental market and helping you start generating returns from day one.

8. Lasting Relationships
